Paul Bennett is a solicitor and partner in the Professional Practice team at Aaron & Partners LLP. Paul advises law firms on compliance and when the SRA investigate and prosecute them before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal (SDT) and by way of SRA Adjudication. Over the last 10 years Paul has trained hundreds of lawyers of their professional conduct obligations including at seminars on the new Code of Conduct [2018], at conferences hosted by the Law Society of England and Wales and alongside speakers from the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).
