ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Sue Chadwick is a senior associate with Birketts LLP, has more than 25 years’ experience and a PhD in planning law. She has worked for a number of County and District authorities, both as a planning lawyer and as deputy monitoring officer at Essex County Council. She has private sector experience with Herbert Smith Freehills, has taught planning law and policy at Cambridge University and delivers training for MBL seminars and the Law Society.
