Authors’ Note – 23rd January 2024

Since we last provided an on-line Update in November 2021 there have been significant case law and policy developments which need to be reflected to keep the text current. Rather than provide a further on-line Update, we have decided that this is the moment to produce the second edition. We intend that to be published in late spring or early summer 2024.

Any comments about matters to be included should be directed to the authors, not the publishers.
